Dirty Gin Martini

Method | Stir & Strain
Ingredients
Comp Gin | 2.5 oz
Dry Vermouth | .25 oz (more or less as requested)
Olive Brine | .5 oz (more or less as requested)
Directions
1. Fill cocktail glass with ice to chill while prepping drink
2. Measure vermouth and gin into glass mixing beaker
3. Add ice to fill 2/3 full
4. Stir 30 rotations with long-handled bar spoon
5. Strain with Julep Strainer into emptied cocktail glass
6. Add brine
7. Garnish with olive
