Ingredients
Toki | 1.5 oz
Apple Ginger Sour | 1 oz
Lime Wedge | 1 ( Squeeze & Discard )
Angostura Bitters | 2 Dashes
Soda Water | Fill
Directions
1. Fill rocks glass to the top with ice
2. Measure all liquid ingredients into glass, topping with soda water to fill
3. Roll into mixing tin and back to rocks glass, once to blend
*Either cut apple garnish to order or store in water with some lemon juice to keep it fresh
**Alcohol-free option with ISH Caribbean Spiced Rum
***BATCH: Apple Reàl, Ginger Reàl and House Sour Mix
