Shake & Stir
Ingredients
Comp Rum | 1.5 oz
Mint Leaves | 5-6
House Sour Mix | 1.5 oz
Soda Water | Fill
Directions
1. Add mint and sour mix to mixing glass
2. Gently muddle to release oils
3. Add rum to mixing glass
4. Fill mixing tin 3/4 with ice
5. Cap with mixing glass
6. Shake for 15 seconds
7. Strain over fresh ice into all purpose glass
8. Top with soda water to fill
9. Garnish with mint sprig
