Oaxacan Paloma

Glassware | All-Purpose
Garnish | Lime Wedge

Ingredients

Dos Hombres Mezcal | 1 oz
Camarena Silver Tequila | .5 oz
House Sour Mix | .5 oz
Lime Wedges | 1 (Squeeze and discard)
Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit | Fill

Directions

 

1. Fill footed All-Purpose glass to the very top with ice
2. Measure liquid ingredients including lime juice from one wedge into glass in order listed
3. Roll contents of glass into mixing tin once and back into drinking glass
4. Top with more ice if needed
