Ingredients
Premium Scotch | 2 oz
Sweet Vermouth | 1 oz
Angostura Bitters | 2 dashes
Directions
1. Fill cocktail glass with ice to chill while prepping drink
2. Measure liquid ingredients into glass mixing beaker
3. Add ice to fill 2/3 full
4. Stir 30 rotations with long-handled bar spoon
5. Strain with Julep strainer into emptied cocktail glass
6. Garnish with cherry
